Section 128(a)(3) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 ( 42 U.S.C. 9628(a)(3) ) is amended to read as follows: There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subsection— $70,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; $80,000,000 for fiscal year 2023; $90,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; $100,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; and $110,000,000 for fiscal year 2026. .
