Section 41501 of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 ( 34 U.S.C. 12501 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— by inserting and sexual harassment after domestic and sexual violence ; and by striking employers and labor organizations and inserting employers, labor organizations, and victim service providers ; in subsection (b)— in paragraph (2), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in paragraph (3)— by striking and stalking and inserting stalking, and sexual harassment ; and by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; by adding the following new paragraph: a plan to enhance the capacity of survivors to obtain and maintain employment to include the implementation of a demonstration pilot program Pathways to Opportunity which builds collaborations between and among victim service providers, workforce development programs, and educational and vocational institutions to provide trauma informed programming to support survivors seeking employment and centered around culturally specific organizations or organizations that primarily serve populations traditionally marginalized in the workplace. . in subsection (c)(1), by inserting before the period at the end or sexual harassment ; in subsection (c)(2)(A), by inserting or sexual harassment after sexual violence ; and in subsection (e), by striking $1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 and inserting $2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026 .
