Section 704 of division N of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 ( Public Law 116–260 ) is amended— by striking In addition and inserting the following: In addition ; and by adding at the end the following— In addition to any other funds made available, there is appropriated for fiscal year 2021, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $1,000,000,000 to remain available until September 30, 2027, for the Secretary of Agriculture to provide grants to the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and American Samoa for nutrition assistance, of which $30,000,000 shall be available to provide grants to the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands for such assistance. .
