Section 594 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking ‘‘Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner,’’ and inserting ‘‘or Delegate or Resident Commissioner to the Congress’’. Section 595 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking ‘‘Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner,’’ and inserting ‘‘or Delegate or Resident Commissioner to the Congress’’. Section 611(a) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking ‘‘Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner,’’ and inserting ‘‘or Delegate or Resident Commissioner to the Congress’’.
