Section 104 of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended by adding at the end the following: A Member of Congress may not assume office for the term after the date on which the Member of Congress is elected unless the Member of Congress files or reports all the information that the Member of Congress is required to report under section 102. .
