The NOAA Undersea Research Program Act of 2009 (part II of subtitle A of title XII of Public Law 111–11 ; 33 U.S.C. 3421 et seq.) is repealed. The table of contents in section 1(b) of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 ( Public Law 111–11 ; 123 Stat. 991) is amended by striking the items relating to part II of subtitle A of title XII of such Act.
