Each socially disadvantaged farmer or rancher, including each eligible Black individual that receives a land grant under section 203(a)(2), shall be given priority— for conservation technical assistance under the Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act ( 16 U.S.C. 590a et seq.); under the conservation stewardship program under subchapter B of that chapter ( 16 U.S.C. 3839aa–21 et seq.); and under the Rural Energy for America Program established under section 9007 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8107 ).
