The Department of State, in coordination with relevant agencies and departments, shall launch a series of fora around the world showcasing the commitment of the United States and partners of the United States to high-quality development cooperation, including with respect to— good governance; the rule of law; transparency; financing; and the advancement of free markets and competition.
