Section 103(j)(1) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2213(j)(1) ) is amended— by striking Any project and inserting the following: Any project ; and by adding at the end the following: An agreement under subparagraph

(A)shall include a brief description of and estimated costs for anticipated operation, maintenance, repair, replacement, and rehabilitation obligations of the non-Federal interest for the project. .
