Section 3061(d)(2) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 (121 Stat. 1121; 132 Stat. 3785) is amended by striking the paragraph designation and heading and all that follows through any project and inserting the following: The Federal share of the cost of construction of any project authorized to be carried out pursuant to the feasibility study identified in paragraph
(1)shall be 75 percent. Operation and maintenance of any project .
