Section 1156(b) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2310(b) ) is amended— by inserting on an annual basis after inflation ; and by striking the date of enactment of the Water Resources Development Act of 2018 and inserting December 31, 2024 .
