The portion of the project for navigation, Pawcatuck River, Rhode Island and Connecticut, authorized by section 2 of the Act of March 2, 1945 (commonly known as the River and Harbor Act of 1945 ) (59 Stat. 13), consisting of a 10-foot deep, 16-acre anchorage area in Watch Hill Cove is no longer authorized beginning on the date of enactment of this Act.
