Section 304(c)(1) of the DNA Sexual Assault Justice Act of 2004 ( 34 U.S.C. 40723(c)(1) ) is amended— by redesignating subparagraphs (A), (B), and

(C)as subparagraphs (B), (C), and (D), respectively; and by inserting before subparagraph

(B)the following: maximize access to forensic exams, including by establishing or sustaining forensic nurse mobile teams or units or telehealth programs; .
