Sec. 124. Study of access to workers' compensation

The Secretary shall conduct a study on the coverage of domestic workers under State workers' compensation laws. Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall publish a report on— the findings of the study conducted under subsection (a); and recommendations to improve access of domestic workers to workers' compensation.
