Sec. 121. National domestic worker hotline

The Secretary shall award a grant, on a competitive basis, to an entity eligible under subsection (b), for a national hotline that domestic workers may call to report emergencies, seek emergency services, or seek support or guidance in lieu of emergency services. In order to be eligible to receive a grant under subsection (a), an entity shall— be an entity described in paragraph (3), (5), or
(6)of section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and exempt from taxation under section 501(a) of such Code; have a demonstrated expertise in and experience with domestic workers; employ or otherwise engage domestic workers in the performance of domestic services; have a leadership or board structure that includes domestic workers; and comply with any other criteria established by the Secretary for purposes of this section.
