Not later than February 1, 2020, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report that contains a standard for common credentials to be used throughout the Department of Defense for all inspectors of health and environmental hazards at privatized military housing units, including inspectors contracted by the Department. The standard submitted under subsection
(a)shall include categories for specific environmental hazards such as lead, mold, and radon.
