Sec. 2804. Increased authority for certain unspecified minor military construction projects

Notwithstanding the limitations specified in section 2805 of title 10, United States Code, the Secretary concerned may carry out unspecified minor military construction projects in an amount not to exceed $12,000,000 at the following installations: Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. Camp Ashland, Nebraska. Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina. The Secretary concerned may adjust the dollar limitation specified in subsection
(a)applicable to a project described in such subsection to reflect the area construction cost index for military construction projects published by the Department of Defense during the prior fiscal year for the location of the project, except that no such limitation may exceed $19,000,000 as the result of any adjustment made under this subsection. The authority under this section shall terminate on the date that is five years after the date of the enactment of this Act.
