Subsection
(c)of section 1279D of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 ( Public Law 115–91 ; 131 Stat. 1702; 22 U.S.C. 2753 note) is amended— by redesignating paragraph
(5)as paragraph (6); and by inserting after paragraph
(4)the following new paragraph (5): Command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) equipment. . Subsection
(f)of such section is amended— in paragraph (2), by striking $100,000,000 and inserting $125,000,000 ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: The amount of assistance provided under subsection
(a)for procurement described in subsection
(b)may not exceed the aggregate amount contributed to such procurement by the Baltic nations. . Subsection
(g)of such section is amended by striking December 31, 2020 and inserting December 31, 2022 .
