Section 1087(h)(2) of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 ( Public Law 115–232 ; 132 Stat. 1995) is amended by striking March 1, 2020 and inserting December 31, 2020 . Of the amount authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2020 for the Department of Defense by this Act, $3,000,000 shall be available for the National Commission on Aviation Safety under section 1087 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 in calendar year 2020.
