McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 ( Public Law 115–232 ), is further amended— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking fiscal year 2017, 2018, or 2019 and inserting fiscal year 2017, 2018, 2019, or 2020 ; in paragraph
