The Secretary of the Army may conduct an assistance program to educate up to five local national students per grade, per academic year, on a space-available basis at the contractor-operated schools on United States Army Garrison─Kwajalein Atoll. The program shall be known as the Ri’katak Guest Student Program . Assistance that may be provided to students participating in the program carried out pursuant to subsection
(a)includes the following: Classroom instruction. Extracurricular activities. Student meals. Transportation.
