Section 302(a)(4) of the Nuclear Waste Policy Act of 1982 ( 42 U.S.C. 10222(a)(4) ) is amended— in the third sentence, by striking insure and inserting ensure ; and in the last sentence by striking transmittal unless and all that follows through the end of the sentence and inserting transmittal. .
