Section 2652 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking the period at the end and inserting the following: , except that such prohibition shall not apply if costs are incurred by United States Transportation Command in supporting the passengers and cargo of that military service transported in such aircraft, or in support of the aircraft itself. .
