Section 12409 of the Federal Ocean Acidification Research And Monitoring Act of 2009 ( 33 U.S.C. 3708 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking subtitle— and all that follows through paragraph
(4)and inserting the following: subtitle $30.5 million for each of the fiscal years 2021 through 2025. ; and in subsection (b), by striking subtitle— and all that follows through paragraph
(4)and inserting the following: subtitle $20 million for each of the fiscal years 2021 through 2025. .
