Subsection
(a)of section 32906 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— by striking 1993 through 2019 and inserting 1993 through 2035 ; and by striking the maximum increase in average fuel economy for a manufacturer attributable to dual fueled automobiles is and all that follows through the end of the subsection and inserting the maximum increase in average fuel economy for a manufacturer attributable to dual fueled automobiles is 1.2 miles per gallon. .
