Sec. 30403. Effective date; application of amendments

Except as provided in subsection (b), this section and the amendments made by this subtitle shall take effect on October 1, 2022. The amendments made by subsections (b), (c), and (f)(2) shall not apply with respect to certification periods that begin before October 1, 2022.
