Section 24321 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— by striking subsection (d); and by redesignating subsection
(e)as subsection (d). Section 502(b)(3) of the Railroad Revitalization and Regulatory Reform Act of 1976 ( 45 U.S.C. 822(b)(3) ) is amended by striking September 30, 2020 and inserting September 30, 2021 .
