Section 699 of the Post-Katrina Emergency Management Reform Act of 2006 ( Public Law 109–295 ; 6 U.S.C. 811 ) is amended— by striking administration and operations each place it appears and inserting management and administration ; in paragraph (2), by striking ; and ; in paragraph (3), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: for fiscal year 2021, $1,124,242,980; and for fiscal year 2022, $1,146,727,840. .
