Section 5314 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by inserting after the item relating to the Executive Secretary, National Space Council the following new items: Director of the National Security Agency. Director of the National Reconnaissance Office. . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall apply with respect to— any individual who is appointed to serve as the Director of the National Security Agency on or after the date of the enactment of this Act; and any individual who is appointed to serve as the Director of the National Reconnaissance Office on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
