Any reference to a report accompanying this Act contained in division A of this Act shall be treated as a reference to House Report 116–444. The effect of such Report shall be limited to division A and shall apply for purposes of determining the allocation of funds provided by, and the implementation of, division A. Any reference to a report accompanying this Act contained in division B of this Act shall be treated as a reference to House Report 116–446. The effect of such Report shall be limited to division B and shall apply for purposes of determining the allocation of funds provided by, and the implementation of, division B.
Any reference to a report accompanying this Act contained in division C of this Act shall be treated as a reference to House Report 116–448.
