Section 7001(c)(4)(B) of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 ( 33 U.S.C. 2282d(c)(4)(B) ) is amended— in clause (i), by striking and at the end; by redesignating clause
(ii)as clause (iii); and by inserting after clause
(i)the following: the Secretary shall not include proposals in the appendix of the annual report that otherwise meet the criteria for inclusion in the annual report solely on the basis that the proposals are for the purposes of navigation, flood risk management, ecosystem restoration, or municipal or agricultural water supply; and .
