Section 513 of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 713 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (A), in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking 2019 and for the period beginning October 1, 2019, and ending May 22, 2020 and inserting 2020 and for the period beginning October 1, 2020, and ending November 30, 2020 ; and in subparagraph (B)(i), by striking by striking October 1, 2019, and ending May 22, 2020 and inserting October 1, 2020, and ending November 30, 2020 ; in paragraph (4)(A), by striking 2019 each place it appears and inserting 2020 ; and in subsection (f), by striking 2019 and $48,287,671 for the period beginning October 1, 2019, and ending May 22, 2020 and inserting 2020, and for the period beginning on October 1, 2020, and ending on November 30, 2020, the amount equal to the pro rata portion of the amount appropriated for such period for fiscal year 2020 .
