Amounts provided by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020, ( Public Law 116–93 ) for the Hollings Manufacturing Extension Partnership under the heading National Institute of Standards and Technology—Industrial Technology Services shall not be subject to cost share requirements under 15 U.S.C. 278k(e)(2) : , That the authority made available pursuant to this section shall be elective for any Manufacturing Extension Partnership Center that also receives funding from a State that is conditioned upon the application of a Federal cost sharing requirement.
