Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall conduct a study on Federal law enforcement officer training, vehicle pursuits, use of force, and interaction with citizens, and submit a report on such study to— the Committees on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives and of the Senate; the Committee on Oversight and Reform of the House of Representatives; and the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate.
