Section 3103 of title 38, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), by striking or
(e)and inserting (e), or
(g); and by adding at the end the following new subsection: Subsection
(a)shall not apply to a veteran who was discharged or released from active military, naval, or air service on or after January 1, 2013. . Section 6(c) of the Student Veteran Coronavirus Response Act of 2020 (134 Stat. 633; Public Law 116–140 ) is amended by striking paragraph (1).
