Section 1102(b) of the CARES Act ( Public Law 116–136 ) is amended by striking June 30, 2020 and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting December 31, 2020, the amount authorized for commitments for loans made under paragraph
(36)of section 7(a) of the Small Business Act, as added by subsection (a), shall be $659,000,000,000. The amount authorized under this section for commitments for loans made under section 7(a)(36) of the Small Business Act shall be in addition to the amount authorized under the heading . Small Business Administration—Business Loans Program Account in the Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act, 2020 (division C of Public Law 116–93 ) for commitments for general business loans made under section 7(a) of the Small Business Act.
