Section 210A(i) of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 ( 7 U.S.C. 1627c(d) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: In addition to grants made under the preceding provisions of this subsection, the Secretary shall make grants to eligible entities specified in paragraphs (5)(B) and (6)(B) of subsection
(d)to provide assistance in response to the COVID–19 pandemic. The Secretary may not require a recipient of a grant under subparagraph
(A)to provide any nonFederal matching funds. There is appropriated, out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out this paragraph, $50,000,000, to remain available until expended. .
