Section 101(l) of the Specialty Crops Competitiveness Act of 2004 ( 7 U.S.C. 1621 note) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary shall make grants to States eligible to receive a grant under this section to assist State efforts to support the specialty crop sector for impacts related to the COVID–19 public health emergency. There is appropriated, out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out subparagraph
(A)not less than $100,000,000, to remain available until expended. .
