Section 6008(b)(1) of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396d note) is amended by inserting , or as signed into State law on April 15, 2020, and taking effect in State law on April 3, 2020 after January 1, 2020 . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall take effect as if included in the enactment of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act.
