The amendments made by this section shall take effect as if included in the enactment of the CARES Act ( Public Law 116–136 ). Section 3112 of division A of the CARES Act ( Public Law 116–136 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(2)(A), by striking the comma before or a permanent ; in subsection (d)(1), by striking and subparagraphs
