Section 1305(a)(2) of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2010 ( 2 U.S.C. 1827(a)(2) ) is amended by inserting after refreshments, the following: transportation and other related expenses incurred by employees in commuting between their residence and their place of employment, . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall apply with respect to fiscal year 2020 and each succeeding fiscal year.
