Sec. 275. Report on certain awards by the Air Force under the Small Business Innovation Research Program and the Small Business Technology Transfer Program

The Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition Technology and Logistics shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the House of Representatives and the Senate a report containing a list of all selections made by the Assistant Secretary during the preceding 5-year period under the Small Business Innovation Research Program or the Small Business Technology Transfer Program (as defined under section 9(e) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 638(e) ) that were not followed with funding awards. The report shall include, for each such selection— the name and contact information of the company selected; and the reason the funding award did not follow the selection.
