Section 1013 of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 ( 33 U.S.C. 2713 ) is amended by striking subsection (f). Section 1012(a) of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 ( 33 U.S.C. 2712(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (4), by adding and after the semicolon at the end; in paragraph (5)(D), by striking ; and and inserting a period; and by striking paragraph (6).
