Section 887(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 ( Public Law 115–91 ; 22 U.S.C. 2761 note) is amended— by striking the Secretary shall each place it appears and inserting the Secretary, in consultation with the Secretary of State, shall ; in paragraph (1)— by striking December 31, 2021 and inserting December 31, 2024 ; and by striking with a value and all that follows through the subsection
(a); and in paragraph (2), by striking December 31, 2021 and inserting December 31, 2024 .
