Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 201 for research, development, test, and evaluation, Army, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4201, Network C3I Technology, Line 17, for the Backpackable Communications Intelligence System is hereby increased by $5,000,000. Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 301 for operation and maintenance, Defense-wide, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4301, for Admin & Srvwide Activities, Line 360, Defense Personnel Accounting Agency is hereby reduced by $5,000,000.
