Section 2534 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)— by striking paragraphs

(2)through (5); by inserting after paragraph

(1)the following new paragraph: Vessel propellers with a diameter of six feet or more. The following components of vessels, to the extent they are unique to marine applications: gyrocompasses, electronic navigation chart systems, steering controls, propulsion and machinery control systems, and totally enclosed lifeboats. ; by redesignating paragraph
