Section 901 of title IX of division J of the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020 ( Public Law 116–94 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by inserting or other designated heads of Federal agencies after The Secretary of State ; and in subsection (e)(2), by striking Department of State and inserting Federal Government .
