The Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 631 et seq.) is amended— in section 8 ( 15 U.S.C. 637 )— in subsection (a)(1)(D)(i)(II), by striking $5,000,000 and inserting $7,000,000 ; and in subsection (m)— in paragraph (7)(B)(i), by striking $6,500,000 and inserting $7,000,000 ; and in paragraph (8)(B)(i), by striking $6,500,000 and inserting $7,000,000 ; in section 31(c)(2)(A)(ii)(I) ( 15 U.S.C. 657a(c)(2)(A)(ii)(I) ), by striking $5,000,000 and inserting $7,000,000 ; and in section 36(a)(2)(A) ( 15 U.S.C. 657f(a)(2)(A) ), by striking $5,000,000 and inserting $7,000,000 .
