The amount authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2021 by section 301 is hereby increased by $2,000,000, with the amount of the increase to be available for operation and maintenance, Defense-wide activities, for SAG 4GTN Office of the Secretary of Defense for modernization of the congressional reports process. The amount authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2021 by section 301 is hereby decreased by $2,000,000, with the amount of the decrease to be applied against amounts available for operation and maintenance, Army, for SAG 421 for Servicewide Transportation for historical underexecution.
