Section 7001(b) of Public Law 116–127 is amended by striking $200 ($511 in the case of any day any portion of which is paid sick time described in paragraph (1), (2), or
(3)of section 5102(a) of the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act) and inserting $511 . Section 7002(c)(1)(B) of Public Law 116–127 is amended to read as follows: the lesser of— $511, or the average daily self-employment income of the individual for the taxable year. . Section 7002(d)(3) of Public Law 116–127 is amended by striking $2,000 ($5,110 in the case of any day any portion of which is paid sick time described in paragraph (1), (2), or
(3)of section 5102(a) of the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act) and inserting $5,110 .
